Yogurt Diet Plan →
I was at work, enjoying drinkable yogurt as a very spontaneous meal replacement, when it dawned on me: I hate dieting, but I love yogurt. Maybe yogurt could be the basis for a diet that might actually work for me! There is a pretty good article on eHow about it, and Ana Luque has written a book called The Yogurt Diet. I am going to seriously look into this! What a great idea.
